Monthly Retainers

  • From £400 per month

    Ideal for businesses with up to 25 employees.

    • 4 hours of telephone and email support per month

    • 4 HR coaching sessions per year (how to deal with sickness absence, handle difficult conversations, performance management and more)

    • Fully managed HR system

    • Home of HR regular newsletter

    • Letters written for you on HR issues, such as end of probation period, sickness absence and performance management

  • £700 per month

    Ideal for businesses with 25 to 30+ employees looking to leverage their people to move the business forward. Your very own HR Director for a fraction of the cost of hiring one, working with you virtually or in house.

    • Unlimited telephone and email support

    • 6 coaching sessions per year

    • Fully managed HR system

    • Home of HR regular newsletter

    • Fully branded employee handbook

    • Performance management support for you and your managers, including 1-1 and appraisal conversations with all paperwork and processes

    • Monthly HR management reports (turnover, sickness and more) so you can make better business decisions

    • HR admin support for new starters, leavers, and maternity and paternity leave

HR Mini Retainer

For businesses that only need HR support every now and then. The mini retainer means you are treated exactly the same as a fully retained client, with a guaranteed response within 24 hours whenever something comes up. It is the security of knowing expert HR advice is there when you need it, without committing to a full retainer.

Project Packages

  • Taking on your first employee? Whether you are just starting out or established and now taking the plunge, this package gives you everything you need to be compliant from day one. Two options depending on the level of support you need.

    Option 1 – £750

    • Employment contract

    • Staff handbook covering all statutory policies, employee entitlements and expectations

    • Recruitment documentation (job description template, advert template, recruitment form, reference request forms)

    • New starter documents (welcome pack, P45/46 request, health questionnaire, emergency contact form, right to work checks)

    • Basic process for recording holiday

    • Sickness absence process and return to work forms

    • Mental health and wellbeing at work policy and guidelines

    • Interview and shortlisting support as and when needed

  • Option 2 – £2,000 (can be spread over 3 months at £666 per month)

    Everything in Option 1, plus:

    • Induction and probation support and documentation

    • Setting expectations for you and your employees during probationary periods

    • 12 week support package settling employees in, with a clear process outlining where you want that employee to go and what you want them to achieve

  • Prices start at £1,400 for a team of 5

    For businesses with well established teams who want to identify who could take on additional responsibility and move into their next role. We will get to know the make up of your business, draw out the individuals you do not want to lose and any performance issues that need reviewing, then set an action plan to retain your key people, support performance management and set up mentoring for those near their next move.

  • Not all businesses require HR support all of the time. If you need ad hoc advice or support for a specific project, such as a recruitment campaign, a disciplinary, TUPE or organisational change, get in touch and we can discuss your requirements.

    All rates are subject to negotiable travel expenses if required.
